Cairo Tex Expo is Egypt’s leading international trade exhibition dedicated to textiles, fabrics, yarns, garment accessories, trimming supplies, and textile production solutions.
As one of the region’s most established B2B textile sourcing platforms, Cairo Tex Expo brings together manufacturers, suppliers, exporters, importers, distributors, wholesalers, and textile industry professionals from Egypt, the Middle East, and international markets under one roof.
Approved by UFI – The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry, Cairo Tex Expo reflects internationally recognized exhibition standards, offering exhibitors and visitors a trusted platform for sourcing, networking, business development, and market expansion opportunities.
Since its launch in 1993, Cairo Tex Expo has been held twice annually, presenting Spring/Summer editions in March and Autumn/Winter editions in September, while continuously supporting the growth and development of Egypt’s textile and fabric manufacturing industry.
Held under the auspices of the Ministry of Trade and Industry and the industrial chambers, the exhibition plays a strategic role in strengthening Egypt’s position as a regional hub for textile sourcing, fabrics, garment accessories, and textile manufacturing solutions.
Hosted at the Cairo International Convention Center (CICC), Cairo Tex Expo spans between 20,000 m² and 40,000 m², welcoming thousands of trade visitors, buyers, and exhibitors from local and international markets.
Over the years, the exhibition has welcomed official delegations, ambassadors, business leaders, and exhibitors from more than 20 countries including Turkey, China, India, Italy, Spain, Pakistan, Jordan, Lebanon, Qatar, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia, creating strong international business connections and expanding trade opportunities within the textile industry.
Today, Cairo Tex Expo continues to serve as a dynamic platform for discovering the latest textile trends, connecting with global suppliers and manufacturers, exploring innovative fabric and accessory solutions, and building long-term business partnerships across the textile and garment industry.

IN 2009, PYRAMIDS INTERNATIONAL OPENED 3 OFFICES IN DIFFERENT REGIONS IN IRAQ (BAGHDAD, BASRA & ERBIL) AND INVESTED IN BUILDING “BASRA INTERNATIONAL FAIRGROUND” A 30,000 M2 FAIRGROUND WHICH HOSTS NUMEROUS EVENTS FROM GLOBAL ORGANIZATIONS AND HAS BEEN OPERATING SUCCESSFULLY SINCE 2010.
